🤖 AI Music Detector
Upload an audio file to analyze characteristics that may be associated with AI-generated or heavily AI-processed music. Get an AI-likelihood estimate based on the audio's measurable characteristics.

Human recordings can sometimes share characteristics with AI-generated music, and AI-generated music can be difficult to distinguish from human recordings. Use the result as one piece of information rather than a final determination. -
An AI Music Detector can help musicians, producers, music industry professionals, and listeners examine an audio recording for characteristics that may be associated with AI-generated or heavily AI-processed music. The tool analyzes measurable properties of an uploaded recording, including waveform behavior, dynamics, stereo characteristics, spectral characteristics, and overall frequency balance.
AI-generated music can sometimes exhibit highly consistent patterns in areas such as dynamics, frequency content, stereo behavior, and repetition. However, these characteristics are not exclusive to AI. Professional mastering, heavy compression, sample-based production, electronic music, noise reduction, and other traditional production techniques can create similar results.
The detector therefore provides an AI-likelihood estimate rather than a definitive AI/non-AI determination. A high score does not prove that artificial intelligence was used, and a low score does not prove that a human created the recording.
Tip: Use the result as a starting point for further investigation rather than as evidence by itself. If you're evaluating a song for a contest, licensing opportunity, music submission, copyright dispute, or commercial release, consider additional information such as the artist's production history, project files, stems, metadata, creation records, and disclosure of AI tools.
Important: This browser-based version uses audio analysis heuristics rather than a trained forensic AI classifier. It should not be marketed as a definitive AI detection service. Audio-only AI detection is an evolving field, and no single analysis should be treated as conclusive proof of how a recording was created.
